This player can play PAL discs on a NTSC TV but CANNOT play NTSC discs on a PAL TV. For example, if you live in the USA you will be able to play PAL region 2 discs from Europe on your US NTSC TV, BUT if you live in Europe you will not be able to watch American NTSC discs on your PAL TV.
