Key Features
Nordost 2 Flat is a unique, ultra flat, extruded speaker cable that is thinner than a credit card. It consists of two rectangular, solid OFC conductors extruded with a white TeflonŽ jacket. 2 Flat has very low inductance and capacitance.
The excellent sound quality and low signal loss of 2 Flat make it ideal for both HiFi, and home theater applications where long runs for surround channel speakers are required to be discrete, yet offer high performance.
Its extremely hard wearing TeflonŽ jacket makes it the perfect choice for installation by running under carpets and floor coverings in high traffic areas.
4 Flat is identical in construction to 2 Flat but is doubled up to facilitate neat and simple Bi-Wiring / Bi-Amping.

Nordost "Z" Plugs
Although Nordost loudspeaker cables are available terminated with spade connectors, we highly recommend the use of Nordost low-mass 4mm "Z" Banana Plugs where possible. These lightweight, tight-fitting Banana Plugs are made with gold-plated Beryllium Copper. The low-mass design preserves the low capacitance and inductance of the speaker cable at the termination point.
